i just got a webcam, how do i set up remote viewing?
also what's the best choice for  Virtual Network Computing or whatever? do they eat up bandwidth pretty bad?

Hamachi is pretty nice as far as simple VPN goes. But maybe you are looking for something more advanced?

No idea about the webcam.
