Wide-eyed and not-so-innocent?
Anyone who's seen Japanese comics, cartoon videos or anime art is instantly struck by the common look of the girls - big eyes that, by making the rest of the face look small, add the cuteness and sex appeal prized by many Japanese men. Since no amount of cosmetic surgery will make actual human eyes larger, some girls are trying another way to up their cute quotient: extra-wide contact lenses!

Ever notice how for an anime artist to even experiment with even a different style of EYE it has to be something messed up like Hellsing and probably other weird stuff that I can't think of

holy shit. i mean i kind of like the way the contacts themselves look and RIDICULOUSLY BIG EYES would be kinda cool i think, but i wish it wasn't motivated by MMM ANIME!!! you know? like i would probably find it hot otherwise. i like how she is airbrushed and made up to the point of looking like a porcelain doll, by the way. i think all anime fans secretly just want moving realdolls to fuck.

it looks absolutely horrible to me, and i do watch a lot of anime(and enjoy most of it), but I never really though of the giant eyes as attractive. I can't believe anyone likes the way that women looks regardless of whether or not you re into anime. it actually creeps me out a little.

I don't think she's been airbrushed as much as had twenty inches of makeup put on her. On my last year of school every girl was like bulletproof because the makeup was that thick. They looked much less real than this girl.
