Is it just me or did Sylar seem stronger last season when he didn't have as many powers? He has telekenetic power and decides to just move stuff around so Clair can't escape instead of hold her down with his telekenetics, and to top it off he gets knifes by her. Also Nikki's power is having a split personality with a super power (I don't remember her ever being super strong when she didn't come under the influence of Jessica). Maybe she has multiple personalities each with a different power. That's why Linderman said it really wasn't Nikki.

Nope, she was super-strong as Nikki and Jessica. The personalities had nothing to do with her power, other than them being the catalyst for her finding out about them. I guess maybe she could be the ACTUAL Jessica? Maybe Nikki's dad didn't kill her, she just ran away. They'd both probably have powers, although the chances of them being identical might be slim.

You'd think Jessica would know her sister's name...
As for Linderman, we don't even know if he's alive or if Nathan is just hallucinating.

Also, can someone put spoilers in the title? This is getting annoying.

Well, Nikki forgot about what happened, so maybe she has amnesia or something! I dunno. Yeah that's true but I mean, Nathan got healed somehow. It might've been Future Peter, though.

If you listen closely to the dialogue, you will notice Sylar stating that he isn't fully recovered yet.

Alright, so when Peter's Mom saw the future with everyone dead. That super strong guy ripped Claires head off. Would that mean she would be dead? I mean his mom did say, what if someone close to you has died, go talk to claire and see for yourself.Sylar said she was "special" and that he couldn't kill her if he tried, either he could've ripped her head off to kill her or maybe Mohinder ends up developing a cure for the powers and Claire gets the cure.

She can't see the future, really. She has PROPHETIC visions, which can convey that future but have to be interpreted. Like the dream we saw, Sylar was walking up behind her presumably to help her, against Adam, Nikki, Maurie, Black-Guy, etc.

Hmm, I thought she just had Precognitive Dreams, the fact that Sylar is behind her is because of the fact that (what I read though) she's going to manipulate Sylar in joining to good guys.

Yes, she does. I meant prophetic in the sense that they're metaphorical, not literal like say Issac's paintings. They need to be understood and interpreted. This actually gives the writers a lot more freedom in crafting the future, so it's a pretty good idea I think.

i just watched the first two eps and this shit is pretty terrible. also overwrought as fuck

its pretty terrible that i thought of vivi when she was getting all emo and shit

but yeah, the show isnt completely horrible yet in my opinion, im just waiting for it to turn into the 4400 some more, then I'll write it off

I kind of liked the premiere. Other than Sylar having aquired claires powers in the first fucking episode of the new season.
That just struck me as a hasted plotline development..

The characters are rather interesting. The story makes little sense, but just enough to enjoy it.

The only thing dumber than an argument on the Internet is the same argument in real life.

I wouldn't say it's hasted. It's been waiting to happen since season 1...

Pretty cool that the first power Peter absorbed in the first season was his mother's power of dream propheting or whatever.
Also, if Nikki/Jessica is in fact this new persona, then perhaps Nikki's original power isn't super strength. Maybe she has adaptive powers that shift to reflect her dillema. She was es-ploded in that fire, that might cause her to fracture off into this new flash-freezing power.
Mohinder... I think he's turning into a man-cockroach. Then he'll have to hurry in finding a power-cure to stop the monstrosity. They simply can't take our the science element of the show. Even if it's totally bogus.
Future Peter as an anti-hero/villain is pretty sweet. If he used that body-merging power on Peter, then it's only a matter of time until Pete uses the power himself to exit the body.
What else...
Oh, Linderman. I think he and the other healers are truly immortal. Like, down to the soul. That would also explain what Sylar said. Their ghost would remain behind if the body died. Linderman's power is healing, which would be how Nathan survived. Perhaps there's a spiritual link between Linderman's ghost and Nathan now. We'll have to see about that one.
I like that Sylar's pretty much lost a huge chunk of his powers. He seems to have only telepathy and his base-power of power analysing. So, he's been knocked down a notch sure. He's still one hell of a sweet character. Now immortal! Yay!
Am I missing anything? Oh well if I am. Monday is creeping closer, so---many new questions and theories will arise then.

I think he's real. Nathan thought that person was Nikki and Linderman said that it wasn't. If it were a hallucination, why would he doubt himself and come to two different conclusions. Maybe this is why Healers are so powerful, they don't really die. It could be Matts dad doing it though or maybe that chick that could make you see whatever she wanted you to, I guess. Did Sylar kill her and take her power? I can't remember.
