At my school, almost everyone (who is smart) gets in the 2000-2400 range (someone got actually got a 2400 at my school, and then there are about five or more people who got 2350+). There are only about 350 people in the senior class. I took my SAT after my brother's graduation (had to go, and was in the orchestra that played there). I got home at around midnight, got about six hours of sleep, and then had to get ready and drive to my test taking place.
Got 1970, which is decent; I got a 1400 in math/reading, so thats fine, but they gave me a seven on the essay and that pissed me off (on all the practice ones in the online study guide that I took from collegeboard, I was getting all 11-12s), but it was probably because I used only half the space and did a three paragraph. I even slid in Sound and the Fury in my answer, that has to count for something! I'm fine with that score though, and don't want to take another one.
