...I suppose I was lucky? I don't think I heard anyone laugh at that part and my theater was packed.
No one laughed in the theatre I was in either and it was also full.
I did, however, laugh hysterically when
Hit-Girl ran full force at D'Amico and he roundhouse kicked her and knocked her on her ass. It was like she hit a brick wall. It was really uncomfortable though because I was the only one that laughed.
I actually preferred the movie to the comic because the comic really didn't have ANY redeemable characters whatsoever. I especially liked the direction they went with Big Daddy.
EDIT: Oh, I also went to see Date Night which I thought was surprisingly amusing and Hot Tub Time Machine which had its moments.
