Well when Aztec told me about this sometime back I was filled with various different emotions...I mean...it's kind of rare to work on a game based off a certain board game, then a few months later...BAM!!! a movie of all things!? Wow...

I'm more excited and happy then sacred and shocked...because well...this is absolutely awesome news!!!

For starters...this movie is being directed by none other then Ridley Scott, famous for making Gladitor and other such great movies, I just know he's going to do a wonderful job! Also a more futuristic look might also cater a interest even more...people have said: WHAT THE **** IS THE PLOT GOING TO BE? Beats me...but I have one for Monopoly 2 in the works, and it's possible to make a fairly decent plot...by no stretch is this movie going to win a award for storylines...but we will wait and see.

Second! It's does wonder for my game too...if anything is based off my game then it's even BETTER!!! Because say...Ms. Monopoly & Tax Man are in it and they look like my own characters...well that's almost like a dream come true for this man...seeing some of his own characters (even if they aren't his) in a motion picture is just awesome! But what if it's not connected to Monopolo? Well either way...we could base some of that for the next Monopoly game.

Third! This might get people more interested in the game again, fourth is more traffic for me...more movie hits on youtube...yes!!!

I for one am waiting for this movie more then the Smurfs now, I'm going to see it in threates the day it comes out! I'm hoping it's out around a couple of months after my game is released. YAY!!!

Oh...I suppose the other thing to worry about is Parker Bros finding out about this game and will do anything in their power to take it off the internet...doesn't matter because it's coming out and even if they stop me, it will be leaked all over the internet.

As for the no anime characters...this is something I don't really care about. I used the anime so we could give this game a different look and feel...

Anyways, I have to get back to work on my project. But this movie is going to be one of the best experiences of my life! I can't believe something as Monopoly: The Movie would be one of the more anticipated films in 2009 I would imagine. Awesome...truly going to be quite epic.

I hope it has a plot similar to one I'm writing down for the sequel, a young sexy black haired Ms. Monopoly, Tax Man! Or...Tax Men! And some cops would be nice...not necessary Stephine Law & Robbie Justice...but around the same lines.

Oh! And DONALD TRUMP must make a guest appearance!!! THAT WOULD BE SO COOL!!!
