I have played both extensively. WoW is better. WAR has clumsy combat, most of the servers are dead, the PvE content is just repetitive public quests that all follow the same formula and the PvP degenerates into everyone doing the same lame scenario over and over. Sad really, cause WAR was really hyped and I, unfortunately, believed people like HL who said OMG ITS THE BEST. It really isn't.

WoW is not perfect by any means, but even though WAR is intended to be this "AMAZING PVP GAME" I find WoW far more fun in that aspect simply because the combat isn't so fucking awful. WAR PvP is MY TEAM HAS 439083209 BRIGHT WIZARDS SO... I WIN... *press buttons and take four years to do anything*. WoW can be like that to an extent but even weaker classes can hold their own. Man it's sad to say but WoW PvP is more balanced than WAR, and WoW's PvP is a long fucking way from balanced. PvE, which I don't really enjoy all that much, is at least tolerable and has some variation in it in WoW, like those vehicle driving quests and the bombing runs, etc.

So yeah imo WoW > WAR
