and i rather drink my almost-green(but its actually caramel) coloured Iced Tea than your green smoothie

That was just a pic online I usually put banana, berries (usually strawberries and raspberries), water, and spinach.

Also I drink a lot of water I am drinking it now.

spinach is somewhat healthy for you, and if you're gonna make a health smoothie you want it to be healthy? spinach contains a lot of vitamin k which works as a blood thickener or something, im forbidden from having any because it'll nullify my coumadin!

it would be way too sweet without the spinach although i think that would make it a little bitter.

also yeah spinach is pretty nutrient-rich

All this talking about spinach and iron made me remind of climbtree's geophagy and I had an idea: why not make a smoothie with soil? Because soil has iron too and manganese and calcium and a lot other vitamins. I'm going to patent my invention right now.

I make my own lemonade, I can't get enough of this stuff. It's pretty easy, just water and lemon juice and sugar, and sometimes some fruit punch or something. It's basically the perfect meal drink, I think.

Also I drink water.
