I'd warned Hatsuya enough to a ban already and he was banned for a while, but that expired. I think I banned him again for stalking Nessiah or something, but it was temporary and he stopped anyway. He hasn't done anything malicious or warn-worthy (face it, this thread isn't warn-worthy, imo) besides that. All of his posts are weird and stupid, but not warn-worthy.
