Well, it seems like he's criticizing people's opinions and votes and whatnot. I mean, it's GW Awards so it doesn't really matter that all of maybe 17 people are gonna get offended if Steel keeps mucking it up with his bad posting. It just seems to me that if it's worth doing it's worth doing right.

And by the way, a good post is a post that is valid without having to be personally rated (or berated) by Steel and seconded by a troop of fanboys.
