Huzzah. Another video by meh. This time it's of my newest project "Classical SaGa." Sort of a mixture between Romancing SaGa and Dragon Warrior.

Oi. Now it does. Sorry about that.

And that Lava loos pretty sweet. But the bad thing about it is that the lava fall its self is much wider than the stream. But other than that, it's great.

Aw, no 8-bit music?

Everything else is great though, keep it up. Refreshing to see someone do good with an 8-bit palette. (I've failed at this numerous times)

Yeah, my laptop doesn't record sound. D:
But rest assured, I do have 8-bit sounds and music.

It looks great, but the stairs seem to be too short to go up all of that wall...

Huge understatement.  You might want to use a truetype font.  Also, change the battle bg.  Since battle bgs have no upper layer, when your character goes to attack that spider in the lower-left, he'll run right over the cliff.

that's not a battle bg bub

edit: Well, IceManual got to it before me.

The text everywhere is completely illegible, except for the numbers. I can only make out "Item" "Defend" "Run" "HP" and "AP" because they are all sort of generic RPG battle system crap but everything else is hard to read.

Haha, for some reason I thought it was the DBS... But, yeah, my comments about the text still stands.

Use the same kind of font you have going for the numbers.
