Yes. I do understand how many works. For every paper that says an amount on it, a government is supposed to have an equal amount of of gold, silver, or products on hand. Often this is not the case leading to deflated values of certain currency.
Aren't you the one that smashed the $1500 whatever it was? Hahaha I think you know a little bit about how money works but you were never taught the value of a dollar.
But look man, I sort of agree with you on the capital punishment part. Except, like it was said before, you really can't compare this to an actual murder. I don't know if there's a history of melamine causing death, but I'm pretty sure there isn't, and if there isn't, then these people were just being greedy and reckless, not like they meant to kill 6 babies and poison close to 300,000. But that's still pretty horrible and they should get life in prison for that.
