yea, so the macbook pro 17" unibody is just about ready and i eventually plan on buying it. to do so in any relatively soon fashion would require me to sell my current macbook pro 17". specs are as follows:

model # MA0922LL/A (intel core duo @ 2.16ghz)
originally purchased in march 2007 from a guy on ebay who had it since august 2006; i paid ~US$2100 (MSRP at the time ~US$2800)
17" matte philips lcd display (replacing the default samsung matte display that busted) @ 1680x1050
2gb ram
320gb 7200rpm wd scorpio black sata hdd (upgrade from default samsung 100gb 5400rpm)
everything else is hardware that comes default w/model MA0922LL/A

software is irrelevant ATM, but i gather i'd probably get more if i bundled certain apps. could default system to either tiger or leopard on request.

how much do y'all think i could get for it and what could i do to get more for it? i'm not gonna spend anymore money on it myself, having spent almost abt US$500 on upgrades/repair already. i'm shooting for abt US$2100, but if i could get upwards of US$2500 or more i'd be really happy.

considering you can get the same one for $1900 at clubmac... its worth a try but i dunno
