The one on the right is 古 which means "old", the one on the left looks a lot like 嬢 or 唆, which mean "young woman" and "seduce", respectively (they're actually not exactly the same but it probably means something similar). Just interpolate for the one in the middle.

EDIT: I looked these up, I don't know them off the top of my head!
