Hey everyone, I've been trying to do a video conference on aMSN. I can see the other person's webcam perfectly but all they see is white. I tried messing around with the built-in settings but nothing seems to work. I can also take pictures with my webcam which works perfectly. Everything seems to be update, I also tried Mercury msn and it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Do you have the latest drivers for your webcam? Are you able to set the detail level for it? Maybe it is too high?
