Coastercraft Gold

The FileFront link is broken. Apparently most (if not all) of the FileFront links are broken.

So, here's the deal. Today after work, I plan on buying a PSP. I want to play a few PS1 classics on the go and I want something to tinker with over the weekend.

I need to know something, though. First, what does the PSP use for saving games and the like? Does it just use standard SD cards?

Second, does the PSP have any kind of a hard drive in it? I love running games off of my PS3 that I have installed (ones that I have downloaded from the Playstation Store) and I am wondering if the PSP has the same capability? If it does, how much space does it have without buying an HD or further cards for more storage?

I am also wondering about the PSP's XMB. Is it set up the same as the PS3's XMB? How does internet surfing and the Playstation Store work on the PSP?
The older PSPs include a 32MB memory stick duo, but the newer ones include a 2GB stick (if I am not mistaken that is). Yes you can run games stored on your memory stick like the hard drive in your PS3. No it doesn't have a hard drive.

The XMB on the PSP is essentially the same as the one on the PS3. Browsing the Internet on a PSP, well I haven't done this in awhile, but I kinda remember typing on it is rather painful.

Someone requested The Kyrent Project. I had this file sitting on my hard drive for years, and wanted to provide it. :P

See I never really understood this because don't most people have a google search bar built into their browser?
Yes you're right there is one. But as far as the homepage goes I see no reason why I should change that. I am used to having Google as my homepage. Sorry fo rnot mentioning that...

I use the default homepage. I use Google quite a bit when I open up my browser. Quite convenient.

This isn't a matter of opinion, sir. A feature by feature run-down will show that Photoshop cleans Paint's clocks.
Yes, I am quite aware of the features of Photoshop but too bad I don't give a rat's ass about any of them. I enjoy and prefer making graphics from Paint to use in many of my projects including RPG Maker projects, 8-bit games, and even classic gaming website layouts. Although Paint is a rather time-consuming method the interface is classic and fits well with my work. If I needed a photo manipulation tool I also resort to GIMP, mainly when I use a Linux system. That being said Photoshop is something I don't need, don't want, nor ever use. Such a resource hog Photoshop is to the point of draining my battery on my notebook PC quite a bit.

Also no offense but opinions is a matter here and why I like Paint is only because of my personal preference. Windows 7 may (or may not) kick XP in the ass in terms of "features," the composite desktop, the revamped graphics and icons, the eye candy, DirectX10 compatibility, and what have you. However these additional features do not degrade my opinion toward Windows XP. What I feel more comfortable using is what I prefer. The same applies to Paint vs. Photoshop.

I don't prefer one over the other as I own and like both handhelds. The game I'm playing is the factor on which platform I want to play on. Even if the PSP offers much more features and multimedia, I never use them, and only use my PSP for games. The browser is a pain to use on the PSP, which is the closest thing to using a cell phone to type.

I have a friend on GamingW who owns a Wii and a 360 while the rest either own a Wii or a 360. As for me I don't count in because I own all three.

The games you listed are great plus:
Zak and Wiki - a great adventure point and click game if you're a fan of that genre, again you said no specific genre
Trauma Center Second Opinion and New Blood - Both great games if you liked the ones on DS
Metroid Prime 3 - My favorite game of the Wii platform
Super Paper Mario - Some of the game's elements are quite quirky but nontheless a good installation to Mario

If you question some of these games, then by all means give them a rent.

RPG Crisis forums, and the Official Playstation Forums (only to post on a certain megathread about bringing back PS2 backward compatibility on the PS3), and that's about it besides GamingW...

you realize they made the megadrive versions AFTER the genesis ones, right?
i am talking about the genesis which is also known as the megadrive. you're probably referring to the master system which is sega's 8-bit console and competitor to the nes. please do your research before posting

all non-premiums are imabitch aren't they?

btw Mario Galaxy was a GREAT game. REALLY REALLY GOOD. Btw maybe try more review and less rant. Btw maybe try editing. Btw then yo u might be able to post them as community articles.
Not me, if you didn't get it I was being sarcastic. I like Mario Galaxy but I wish it could be better and more aimed towards nostalgia and the themes of the Super Mario Bros. worlds. I am not much into all these toys (like the toy level) or these odd-designed galaxies. But yeah it's one of the only good games I find appealing for the Wii and stands out amongst the endless selection of games hardcore gamers like me couldn't care any less for.

CD-I was marketed as an educational device and in many ways it was one. Although a few non education games include Zelda: Wand of Gamelon, Link: Faces of Evil, and Zelda Adventures for the three Zelda games that happen to be on it. Not to mention that shitty Hotel Mario replaced Mario's Wacky Worlds, a typical platform game, which was supposed to be the sequel of the SNES Super Mario World.

Also you might want to watch Angry Video Game Nerd's Hotel Mario and Zelda CD-I reviews.

other two Zeldas will be reviewed soon.
