I might've asked this before but it's ok to completely hate Golden Sun right

it might've just been because gay kids were gay but I remember the battles looking like ass where I thought it was going to be some cool psuedo-3d stuff but it was just BLURRY but you couldn't tell this from the pictures in magazines

also music was annoying but that's sort of a universal game boy thing

also tried to hard too be some Lufia/Pokemon/Zelda knockoff it made me want to go play those games instead

but it was one of those games where I started to debate whether my taste in games was changing or  the games were just getting worse becaiuse it was like every rpg ever but suddenly it felt so stupid to go to WATER TEMPLE but I dunno if it was just because the game did a very bad job of making you want to go to water temple

I never quite understood why they stretched all the sprites to hell in Golden Sun when they really didn't need to.

hahahaha I believe I was either 13 or 10 when i wrote this.

what gets me is that usually people complete the game ~5 times or something before writing an FAQ but i think it says that you havent even completed it once xD thats some pretty amazing shit right there :fogetcrazy:

also wasn't Magi Station some game that came way after Pokemon something else like Harry Potter and tried to cash in on the success of both

sorry, missed that. :v

Magi Station i dunno, MagiNation is more like magic the gathering or yugioh. it was def a cashout looking back, but it was still fun when i was a kid.

My favourite gameboy colour game has to be Pokemon Trading Card Game. Definitely get it if you've played the TCG and enjoyed it, since it's pretty fun to be able to play it against the computer. The game has the base set, jungle, and fossil. Very old school. Pretty fun.

Pokemon TCG
Starwars (decent platformer, really!)
Wario Land games
Super Mario Land 2 (the first one blows)
Final Fantasy games
Donkey Kong land games

Game Boy was such a damn great system... sigh, memories. Also Battleship. I owned that game. It was so addicting and perfect for road trips.

Def get lufia. And anything from mario/wario/zelda series.

Don't bother wiv Crystalis though, just emulate the nes version - it's much better.

I have a gameboy cart (not gba cart) that plays GB/GBC games off the hardware, rather than emulation - i.e. Goomba. It supports multiple roms, too!

Sorry for digging this back up.. I'd just like to see more games. :]
