breaking internet news

  • He's had so much prosthetic surgery he was probably legally dead already
  • I guess it's time to reshoot thriller video
  • what's the difference between Neil Armstrong and Michael Jackson? Neil Armstrong was the first MAN on the MOON, michael jackson fucks kids

The last joke needs some polish. Like at the end add to the moon  so it would look like this "what's the difference between Neil Armstrong and Michael Jackson? Neil Armstrong was the first MAN on the MOON, michael jackson fucks kids to the moon".

Yes I know it was a moon walk joke it just didn't seem funny with out the extra flare.

Nothing wrong with showing a little respect for the dead Mark... he hasnt been dead all that long and your making jokes about him? Hate to think what his family are going through right now and how badly they must feel.

This is GW and you must take note that there is heartless bastards out there and I might put my self in that category.

I feel bad for his kids mainly, he was crazy protective.

So taking a kid and hang him out the balcony is protective?

no it is supposed to be blunt. think about it being said. you're supposed to get sort of a double take reaction if someone's not really paying attention. you won't get that if you're too verbose at the end.

Yeah, this is pretty weird, I wasn't expecting something like this at all, I was a fan of thriller, bad, and some other songs...
and on the same day  Farrah dies too, although she had cancer for years already...

Sure, but just because people are dead that doesn't mean they suddenly deserve our respect either. Despite the official legal statement of 'nothing happened' I still think he was pretty fucked up.

I'm kinda sad in that he was a great performer and one of my friends actually had two Jacko tickets and I was gonna go with him, but at the same time I'm not really gonna lose sleep over it.

You know, I really never imagined him dying....and it still doesn't ring with me. Huh. Well, there we go another reminder of just how mortal we all are :|.

I liked some of his music I guess.
So long MJ.

I agree on this. I'm one of those people who thinks he had his fair share of kiddies around and hoped for some sort of sentence or something, but the fact that he's dead now feels wrong and sad in a weird way.

But as Seawed said, it's a reminder that everyone is mortal and gotta go some time.

I don't know, this doesn't really hit me at all on any meaningful level. I mean, when a guy like George Carlin died I was sad because he was still doing things I cared about, but it really seemed like Michael Jackson the singer's fame ran out years ago to be replaced with Michael Jackson the crazy person's fame.

If Michael Jackson the singer had died it would be tragic for the world, but now it's only tragic for his family, who I don't know so their "emotions" don't affect me. I'm not going to shoot jokes at the guy since he's dead, but it really seems like the public outcry of sadness is just ridiculous.

I mean... I'm 24 and I was too young to remember any of his music coming out. I mean, I grew up listening to as a sort of "classics" compilation, and he certainly had some good songs, but it's not like I grew up with it or anything. Since most of GW is around my age, I wonder who here was impacted THAT GREATLY by him?

thriller came out in 1982 and bad came out in 1987.

why would that be considered "classic" in the early 90s? maybe the older stuff but those are the two big albums.

really though who saw this coming at all? I kinda expected him to be around for a long time. I didn't believe it when my dad told me, and when it was just fucking TMZ I was like bullshit he's still alive. this is stupid. Michael Jackson is dead.

Yeah I mean it's not like I was unaware of his music as a little kid but by the time I was old enough to understand anything about music his albums had come out a long, long time ago. I mean they existed when I was a little kid, but I wasn't old enough to have any opinion on anything really!

When I was 3 years old I wasn't sitting in my house going "man this dude is going to change the face of music with this new album release" and by the time I was old enough to appreciate the artist for the artistry he had already gone insane and that's all I saw.
