I downloaded The World Ends with You and played it and once I heard I was in a game. I instantly thought gantz. guess I was right since there dead.

Not a bad game that's for sure.

Basically when you buy the game you have 50 hours of time in the action district (where you do missions).

After that has run out, you need to pay for more.

You can do this in one of two ways:

Pay $10 a month for unlimited time

Or

Buy a certain number of hours for $5-$10.

This is a pretty excellent subscription plan, because you only need to buy hours when you are going to play, not pay for a month and then never play.

Dragon Age is pretty cool, quite boring at times, dialouge needs skipping alot.

Dragon Age was fantastic. I still wish that it was a little more open though. The game is essentially just a straight path.

I just cleared The Shivah and enjoyed it a lot, it's basically a noir story about tarnished idealist investigates murder on mean streets of New York etc except the protagonist is a rabbi and you have to use jewish lore and rabbanical questioning techniques to progress. It's less gimmicky than it sounds and the writing is quite good throughout and I'm a sucker for stuff that uses basic templates as just a foundation for more offbeat and original ideas instead of just revamping generic shit so give it a shot if you want to play an adventure game I guess!

I bought Saints Row 2 during the Steam sale yesterday, and fuck it is such an awful console port. The controls are terrible, I'm considering buying a gamepad just for that game because the controls are so bad.

iirc if you have a gamepad plugged in when you play sr2 it automaticly is stuck on pressing down on the dpad(its the game i checked online and other people had the same problem) it was just a terrible port and you're out of luck sorry.

I have a 3DO again. Finally. Finally!!!!

Which means I am going to be playing through Guardian War for the first time. I mean I've started playing it a few times since I was little but I've never gone past the first few levels. I want to see what else happens in this game. I've seen the photorealistic cactus and tumbleweed stages, what lies beyond those??? Photorealistic TREES? It'll be an adventure...
