I know that if I don't get either I can buy New Vegas but that will probably ruin my career.

It will make your career better! Don't ask me how.

Beat Chrome: SpecForce. Overall a decent shooter but kind of repetitive and a tad bit to easy. Also... 99% of the time I was using the same assault rifle. As there was rarely a reason to switch weapons. And with that I'm done with Chrome entirely... at least until Chrome 2 comes out.

Probably going to start up with the Hitman series again with Contracts. Now that I've got the game of course. Finally finish up all of the release Hitman games. Thinking ahead again... Hitman 5 is in development. So I'll be ready.

Tactics advanced is good, I had a long bus drive back in high school and I put a good 100 hours in to it but never beat it. I heard A2 went overboard with the judges though.

Decided to pick up Blazblue Continuum Shift for ps3 because I wanted a good fighter and really liked guilty gears when I downloaded it for the pc. Kind of pissed one DLC character is 2 bucks and the other one is 8. Plus CS2 is probably going to be out next summer.

I like the game a lot but it's a bitch to play without an arcade stick, and I thought SFIV was tough in this regard. I'm glad I picked it over SSFIV though because the characters seem a lot more diverse and some of the attacks and combos are ridiculous, it seems to have all the extras that came with the new Street Fighter and I can appreciate the 6 player lobbies.

If you're talking about Mu-12, you can unlock her for free just by completing story mode. Basically, you pay to unlock her if you're too lazy to do that.

downloaded scott pilgrim vs. the world.

there is no point writing a review of the game because it is RIVER CITY RANSOM. it is river city ransom to the point where the makers of that game would probably have a reasonable chance of having a successful lawsuit over copyright infringement.

i don't know anything about this scott pilgrim comic either outside of the fact that edgar wright made a film version with that profoundly uninteresting actor michael cena in it. but i don't really care because i like river city ransom, so it's a fun game.

also anamanaguchi did the music, who are excellent. i remember diggity knew them during his time at nyu, and turned me onto them years before anybody out there knew about them or particularly gave a shit. kinda cool i guess?? i am so fucking hip :fogetshrug:

How's Civ 5?

I like it. But it's hard to win economical victory and I'm not much of a fighter.

Edit: I still will like to talk about Recettear it was the best 20$ I ever spent and still play it.

Thanks for saving me 2 bucks, now I just have to go through this horrendously paced story mode. I guess using a visual novel to portray a game's story isn't too bad.

Hitman: Contracts.

It's pretty good. So far I only have a single nitpick: Maps are difficult to really use unless you have played a mission already. Since they are separated into so many different pages and actually do a pretty poor job of telling you what the fuck you are looking at. (BTW this has been a problem in the past 2 Hitman Games, I just figured it would've been improved by now)

Other than that, pretty fun, I just finished the first actual hit "The Meat King's Party" About to do "The Bjarkhov Bomb"

Just played Enslaved's demo, I fucking loved it. The trailer at the end of the demo got me even more excited. I love the setting of the game and it was a very cinematic experience and the fact that the game is supposed to be very story driven gets me all the more hyped for it. It's coming out at the same time as new Castlevania and I think I'll rather get Enslaved. Gameplay wasn't really that great though, it was actually a bit clumsy and way too easy as you pretty much only had to spam attacks to kill enemies and you can't really fail in the platforming parts (like in Uncharted 2) but that was only the beginning of the game so hopefully the whole game will have more depth and is more challenging. I honestly don't mind the platforming bits at all because I prefer that kind of approach to, say, how Tomb Raider does it. I'd recommend the game for people who care about an interesting setting, story and cinematics instead of just challenge or gameplay in general.

Here's the trailer:

Is it made by the creators of Jak & Daxter? It looks so similar in terms of gameplay/environments etc, just like.. super-serious (and now a girl instead of a talking rodent).

Regardless it looks awesome and I've been following it since the teaser came out. Robot apocalypse, yay!

Nah, it's made by the people who made Heavenly Sword. I didn't like Heavenly Sword's demo at all and I was pretty surprised that the same people are making a game which seems so much better. Apparently the game is directed by Andy Serkis. He also does the voice acting and motion capture for the main character so that's p.cool.
