I just finished Half Life 2, HL2 ep 1 and HL2 ep 2 finally after about a month and a few days playthrough. Jesus fucking christ, one of the best single player experiences I have ever had. Even more so than OoT. The thing I like most about Half Life 2 is that as you progress through the game the environments never really feel the same. Every level has it's own unique feel to it, and each one is simply amazing.

Started getting heavily back into Skate 2 on Xbox 360 again.

Also playing Batman: Arkham Asylum and Borderlands on PC.

Forza Motorsport 3.. Fucken awesome game. So much shit to do and the new assists and customization, Manufacturer(Spelling?) leveling is another addition I couldn't play a game like this without anymore. This will definately hold me off til I check out Granturismo 5 after all this time.

FIFA 10 (it rules). my bro keeps taking it to university tho. my virtual pro will never develop

fifa 10 is probably gonna be my first ps3 purchase after christmas.  i could get it on the 360 but there's not many ps3 games that i really want at the moment so that is why i am waiting.  the 360 demo was gr8 tho.


speaking of which i am playing football manager 2010 right now, it is a nice upgrade from 2009, the interface is a little more friendly for beginners, it makes more sense to me

also i really want forza 3 too, talk about an awesome demo

incidentally the 360 version of FIFA 10 is great and i can't see the ps3 version being that much better tbh

My friend has both 360 and PS3 and he buys his games on PS3 primarily on the basis that he knows his 360 is going to die soon.

Fifa10 is incredible, putting Fernando Torres' face on the cover of PES is terrible. I downloaded the demo off PSN and after playing Fifa10 it just seemed wooden and entirely unintelligent. The claims that some reviewers make that the graphics are better in PES are total bullshit as the players looks like they have some sort of mix of downs and leprosy and the animations just don't FLOW. They're no better than the animations of 10 years ago.

I am getting Fifa10 when it comes down in price. I can just take my controller around to my mates at the moment and that's good enough for me.

no i didn't mean it would be better, i just mean that i'm getting a ps3 for christmas (because there are a handful of ps3 games i want, mostly last guardian whenever it comes out, plus the price has gone down a lot so yeah) and since there's only so many ps3 games i want i might as well get fifa 10 for the ps3 to make it a little more worthwhile while i wait for other games to come out
