Beat Saints Row 2, all story missions (including the secret one) and all the activities except one level 6 mayhem and levels 4, 5, and 6 of the activity where you throw people into object to protect a celeb.

Man, I hated the "the Boss"/"The Protagonist" through out the game... he is such a dick. I know that Julius betrayed him but it wasn't personal and technically he wouldn't be alive today anyways if it wasn't for him and "The Boss" a cold-hearted asshole for just flat out killing him. As for the other people he killed, it clearly paints you (the main character) as no better than the other gangs. The Saints original purpose was to rid the city of the other gangs to make it a better place. I can see how this is not the brightest of ideas but still at least the Saints were noble in a sense. Now they are just as evil and fucked up as the rest. Only now the Saints just control the entire city.
I'm also irritated to find out that there is DLC that is not on the PC and that it continues the story. So I'm going to be missing chunks of story for Saints Row 3
Edit: I am going to play and beat Red Faction: Guerrilla next before playing MW2 and prestegeing some more. In fact other than having a reason to take a break, I played Saint's Row 2 so I could beat real quick before I upgraded to Windows 7 as I heard that it has massive compatibility issues and Volition shows no signs that they are going to fix them. I heard Red Faction Guerrilla on PC has similar issues because its the same engine.
At the same time my little brother says Red Faction guerrilla is impossible to beat on PC on any OS because you apparently can't save for some reason. IDK if I believe this though. I'm sure that not EVERYONE can't save otherwise everyone would have returned the PC version. I'm sure it works on SOME system hopefully mine is one of them.
