I enjoyed how 75% of the game revolved around recruiting your team for the inevitable suicide mission and some of the character missions were pretty interesting. But a few felt like they were shoved down your throat. I actually wanted to play this game again but according to the EA store I don't own it anymore! Awesome job EA thanks.

So I'm basically doing those Steam treasure hunt objectives, but only the ones that don't require me to buy an expensive game (Ruse, for example). It's certainly got me to play or buy games I normally wouldn't have thought to buy, and I've been pleasantly surprised by the games I wouldn't have bought. Chime and AAAAAAAAAA, a Reckless Disregard for Gravity have both been very good. I'm really quite enjoying Chime.

jacob's character mission in me2 is the most boring part. It is flat out dull.

The Overlord expansion pack is really amazing though and I recommend it. It would have worked well as a game in it's own right.

currently playing Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. i'm really liking the new characters in it though i think the game as a whole is not quite as good as the first two. also, Picross 3D is a ridiculously addicting game. i really need to finish the Miles Edgeworth Investigations game... i have a habit of starting multiple DS games and finishing none of them in any reasonable amount of time... these are the trials and travails of having a DS flash card.

~~EDIT:~~ MODIFY: i am also playing Grim Fandango with my brother during the times that he comes to visit from college, hopefully finishing it over Christmas break; why did i not play this game sooner?

Grim Fandango was the shit. I tried playing it again recently but getting it to run on Windows 7 smoothly is hard.

yeah i started playing grim fandango on my mac via some program written specifically for this purpose but the program wasn't finished so an hour or so into the game it was no longer playable. i'm just going to wait until scummvm supports it and then i'll try playing it again.

I did that, finished ME within a couple of days since I Knew where everything was, the game is remarkably short when you just like charge through the mako parts.

Great! Semester is over so I need to catch up in games. Probably going to dust off my Wii and try DKCR and some other games that came out recently. For now, I'm pretty much alternating between Minecraft, DQIX and Dragon Age: Origins.

Probably gonna go back to FNV once I patch it up on my XBox.

Also finished Mass Effect as well. Whether or not to go finish other missions for it, and waiting for the final installment of ME. Properly download the pinnacle station.
