I feel for you, Ed. I've been going through this same kind of bullshit on/off for about a year and a half.. and my dads not doing so well either. It's kinda sad, growing up to watch all of the people you love dying/getting sick/old etc etc

I'm still at home for now though; my parents have mostly just been disapointed in me for the last few months for dropping out of school and getting into trouble which kinda sucks.. things have cooled down though. I'm starting to learn self discipline and battling with what I strongly believe is ADHD - seriously

Well I am about to leave, gonna crash at a friend's place for a while before another friend of mine has a room for me. I am taking this laptop with me but I don't know how long it will be until I can access the internet again so this is a sorta goodbye. I am sure I will sort things out but until then - see you around my friends.

That’s right, you have the young gaming with the old(er), white people gaming with black people, men and women, Asian countries gaming with the EU, North Americans gaming with South Americans. Much like world sporting events like the Wolrd Cup, or the Olympics will bring together different nations in friendly competition, (note the recent Asian Cup; Iraq vs. Saudi Arabia, no violence there) we come together. The differences being, we are not divided by our nationalities and we do it 24-7, and on a personal level.

We are a community without borders and without colours, the spirit and diversity of the gaming community is one that should be looked up to, a spirit and diversity other groups should strive toward.

yeah i probably just would have given a verbal warning for comedic effect but even a minor warning isn't that big a deal if you don't get them often.

DDAY:  how do you complain about internet WARNS while our bud ed here is going through this kind of shit?  take it to a PM, man.  And say something fucking worthwhile.  It's the internet, and we don't know each other personally, but many of us have been through similar or identical shit.  I just hope that things work out for ed here because i've experienced the same thing.

Most guys do after the age of 18+ with their mothers, I remember how it sucked living with that crazy woman.

what the hell? if you're talking about what ed did, no they don't dude. it took his father getting really ill to trigger this and he's 22. i was under the impression most major fights with parents occured during adolescence but i guess once you're an adult you have bigger things to fight about than curfew.

Well what I meant was most guys fall out with their mothers if they continue to live with them past 18 or at least the guys I know including myself... obviously not everyone, some people get on with their parents allot better than others  :welp:

All in all could've been a lot worse but leaving with a big pack on my back then having a surprise dinner party was a good feeling. I am on andy's net at the moment so hello. My dad started ringing me on the phone so he obviously cares (and is now coordinated enough to find my name in the address book!). Not spoken to mum but I don't have anything to say to her really. Sounds like he is phoning me when she is outside the house or something. It's more trouble than it is worth for him to go upsetting her too.

I'll take some pics of the things I do in these kicked-out weeks. I reckon you could write a good, amusing non-fiction about what to do when kicked out by your parents. I don't think I will call it Mysterious Adventures but thank you for the suggestion.

I am pretty positive about the whole thing well... as positive as one can be. It happened once before in 2007 but I had a student house I was already paying for over summer then and I got a job designing web pages so that was ok and I made a bit of cash too. As long as I don't epicfail it will be for the greater good.
