the newer ones were by disney (so they probably were on abc), i do not count them because they are terrible


i had never seen one until i started watching them on youtube and the person who uploaded the old eps uploaded some new ones so i watch one and it was atrocious, also i don't know what happened to doug's voice it is the worst thing to ever hit my ears

I made raw mango sorbet tonight and had these sweet collar wraps with hummus and a bunch of vegetables.  Tomorrow I am making my own muesli:
oatmeal, wheat germ, sprouted quinoa (red and regular), chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried apple, dried banana, this stuff called seaweed gomaiso which is sesame seeds with sea salt and seaweeds, and a little xylitol.
