If you're doing EEE you don't want OSX anyway. A lot of engineering programs are windows only. Matlab is pretty good for working on all OSes but there is a reasonable free mimic for ubuntu you can install too so you can model your fourier transforms to your heart's content.

I'm lugging around a 14" vaio and it's just the right size for me but my uni's campus is compact and I live close. It's not heavy and it's more powerful than my desktop.

lol i'm not doing any EE stuff on this thing, im gonna be going to the computer labs for that.

Why is it that when I load this page a song (that I don't recognize) plays?

EDIT: Also, discovered that I probably have Delayed sleep phase syndrome Which is probably because I spend so much time inside with the curtain's usually closed.

Exam in an hour and im on GW. I dont know why im in school doing something I dont really care about.

i've just worked out that i might possinly have an alcohol problem. my suspiciouns were aroused when i realised i had already had three cocktails before 9.30 this morning. (vodka martini is a good way to wake up)
further evidence is when i opened my cupboard and saw 6 bottles of spirits, 2 of wine and some lager cans.
and one of my friends, she says it's weird seeing me not holding a drink whenever we meet up during day.
currently having a martini and lemonade to pass the time until i pretend to go to sleep.

I was reading the Wiki article on Mr. Hands aka 2 guys 1 horse and I inadvertendtly came across this wikipedia article which is pretty neat: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_unusual_deaths
