seriously tho when a faction of people gain power, trend is they'll do some awful shit to stay in power as long as they think they can get away with it. this happens whenever people form any kind of faction: religions, political parties, sexes, races. the interesting part is that in every case the factions actually have to be created. like some people seem to see this NATURAL CONFLICT or separation between things like sex or race even if they believe themselves to be adamantly against sexism and racism. it's nuts.

anybody see those ads for CSI etc. on TV where they show these still pictures of the actors and they look like they're only zooming in for a second but then all of a sudden you realize THEY'RE MOVING but these very tiny micromovements like they morphed between two frames with a computer. Don't they realize this is a really creepy uncanny effect and just because technology EXISTS doesn't mean you have to use it still waiting for news reports that somebody was caught fucking their Mac I bet people do fuck Apple products somewhere
