To be honest it doesn't seem like a massive deal but to p-burn it quite clearly is. It may only be a joke but p-burn obviously doesn't find it funny at all , and, to me thats when things have gone too far. I don't think p-burn should have posted the thread and should have sorted it in private with Krin or an admin or whoever deals with PASTORAL ISSUES OR W/E but there's not a lot that can be done about that now. I will, however, go as far as saying everyone is being a bit of a dick though.

#GamingW can be pretty bad, 4channy and douchebaggy and doesn't really represent what GW is about. ramirez owns the server, and Krinsdeath runs and pays for it which means that we have little say in what goes on there. We might do something about this later, but for now I suggest that you don't freak out over a harmless joke.

Also, if you feel that people are being dicks towards you then talk to an admin. Don't make a big topic about it.

I have not noticed this #gamingw/GW forums difference either. Everyone always seemed the same to me! It seems to be very inactive right now though. I pop in from time to time and its almost always dead silent.
