I bought Persona 3. It is the most boring game I have ever played. I'm actually pretty glad I played 4 before 3 because if I had played 3 first, I never would have played 4, which I actually enjoyed. Everything about 3 is worse than 4. The pacing, characters, battle system, MENU INTERACTION, everything is terrible. Man, don't play 3.

The Persona series is not like any rpg you will play,its fuses many elements from different games rpg,dungeon crawling,monster trainer,dating sims,(this only started until Persona 3)creating its uniqure type of gameplay.. .like most of Shin Megami Tensei games it also has a very unique setting and type of humor... in the prevvious installments of the Shin Megami series.. thee setting was all apocalytic and dark.. while in Persona its still apocalytic... it mixes things a little by taking place in modern day japan and having a group of teenagers save the world by using their unique abilities, but in the end it gives out a message that has been carried out trougthout the whole SMT universe.. the human concioness is more powerful that we know it to be and that our own imagination is metamorphosised by the stories around us.
