Well I got paid today, a lot more than last time.. a whopping 470$ (this is much for me)

So far I had to pay back my parents 40$, and bought a carton of cigarettes to last me again another 2 weeks. I'm also in need of new shoes ASAP but thats pretty much it. Don't have to contribute for rent or anything, for now, so I'm free to blow my money as I please. Last year I made cash like this, but every time I'd buy a certain little pill (long story I once posted about) constantly and eventually made me lose my job, parents respect and of course, cash.

So this time around.. I won't be blowing it on any drugs (maybe dope but I generally get it for free anyways) but probably booze. This still leaves alot of extra cash in my pockets... Of course I've thought about shit I can possibly buy such as video games or a labtop or a rockin' Opeth shirt but as I hold the money, I can't help but think there could be something more worthwhile to do with it. I've simply just been wondering all night what to really do with all this cash..

So I don't know, what would you guys do? Save it? Blow it? I've got maybe upwards of 350-400 to spend as I please. I'll probably figure it out sooner or later (It IS 2:30 in the morning, and I have tendencies to SPENDSPENDSPEND) but I'd just like to know what you guys think. Or what you'd spend it on...

save it for something like school or a car or something I dunno.

spend it as quickly as you can so you can borrow more money off your parents

honestly though i thought your 'caregiver' was legally in charge of your finances, might want to check it out with them first

I've been thinking actually to get away from my Xbox.. I play it way more than I should be

When a good buddy of mine comes over sometimes he just basically patronizes me about my video game playing and laughs at number of games played in Halo or hours on Fallout 3 etc. I'm still myself though, video games have always been a part of me and I get out and do things but maybe less than I was before. But honestly, I hate watching T.V with my parents or sitting at the computer with them around, so I go downstairs after a day of work and shoot some assholes in the face. Or become champ or Cryidiil, whatever strike the mood. 

But uh, what would be better a 50 cent shirt or Linkin Park shirt

You know, just because you've come into money doesn't mean you HAVE to spend it.  Like, this isn't Brewster's Millions or something you know? Just put it in the bank, live sort of as usual and just know that you can afford a little more luxury than usual if need be.

Put it in your savings account. Till you get a million B)

Give it to charity.

yeah man what the hell why are you asking GW how you should blow 400 dollars? do you rely on your parents for financial support? do you have plans for a future? these things all factor in on which way you should make yo paper rain.

Okay, in that case, I'll buy myself crash cymbals, splash cymbals, a ride cymbal, and a china cymbal to add to my drumset.
Really needing the money, bro.
