Cops aint gonna do shit for this case you do know that right?  After all there are warrants on him already and he's still loose, and it was obviously your roomies fault for letting him sleep at your crib without knowing.  Cops will just blow this by, they got better stuff to worry about than wii games.  Shit gets stolen all the time after all.

It's time to take things into your own hands.

Its time to hunt that fuck down.  Ask your roomies to show you where they picked up the riff raff at.  Find his place, slash some tires, brick some car windows, do what you gotta do.  Don't let no thief like that punk you out.  Bring like 4 or 5 stocky dudes and knock at his door, the dude MUST have a home.  Ask him whats up? and wheres your shit at.

anyway goodluck.

Also bring a tec 9 and bust his knee caps this is how we deal with thieves in da hood
Play Raimond Ex (if you haven't already)

Whats with the sarcasm?  I just gave him a simple advice on what he can do in this situation which is to deal with it himself and confront the guy.  Maybe I went a little too overboard on what TO DO it's just a suggestion.  He could do this peacefully, maybe, but the only way he can solve this shit is if he confronts the dude himself.  Cops won't do shit.

I think it's possible to resolve this without resorting to damaging private property (he could bring his own homies and do a lot more damage)

Sometimes threats work better and he has to show he's not someone to fuck with.  I'm sure the thief is just some lanky stoner guy who can't even put a fist up.  I'm sure FQGamer can handle this. :fogetcool:  He'll just have to grow a pair and get a few dudes with him who also have pairs and get his stuff back.

I hope that's not serious.  It doesn't matter weather its video games, an nsync cd, your copy of the wallstreet journal, your wallet, or a baby, if your stuff gets stolen you gotta get it back.  He can say he did it for the "USB" cards and the IDs.  Games were a consoleation (hehe get it, console+ation = consolation???? HAR HAR :fogetbackflip:)

Only stupid people lead to violence if they can't understand the difference between fantasy and reality in music, video games, dvds, etc. :fogetmmh:

Did we just compare theft of N-Sync cd to theft of baby?
How about no!? You are an idiotic version of a baboon.

I remember when I was a kid my dad brought some punk home and in the morning he was gone and my SNES + Dr. Mario was stolen.

We ended up breaking into his place and stole his girlfriend's.

I tell you though, I never really felt good about playing her snes. Revenge isn't the way.

If she was hot, you should've just had the girl cheat on him with you.

I mean if he sold them games he prolly made at least 50$ or so but a flat tire and a broken windshield = $1000s.

First of all, it says in the first post he has no car.  Besides, all of your suggestions are completely retarded because they're more likely to just land YOU in jail instead.  Guess what, telling the judge "BUT HE TOOK MY VIDEOGAMES" isn't going to work.  He took some video games from your house, you did thousands of dollars worth of damage outside where someone might see--if you get caught do you really think this was worth it?

I find it kind of hard to sympathize with him in this situation though.  You leave a bunch of easily-stolen, easily-sold things out in the open, and let sketchy strangers live in your house.  Either sell some games to buy a safe or get new roommates, because that's a recipe for something like to this to happen.  If he was close enough to town to be skating with people he was close enough to town to go back to wherever he came from, and if he didn't come from anywhere there's a very good chance that that's for a reason.  Your roommates were dumb to let a stranger stay with you for several days straight and you're dumb for having dumb roommates.  Do something about it this time, either lock up your valuables or get out of there.

If working in retail has taught me anything, it's that cops don't give a shit about stealing.
i say this is true as well...i know someone who had a huge robbery and it took the cops hours to even get to their place :fogetshifty: (the cop station is like a 10 min drive to their house..)

I'd rather they deal with all the murderers and rapists first.

That really blows though man.
There's relatively nothing you can do. I have had shit stolen before and you pretty much just gotta do what you can to make sure it doesn't happen again.
