I saw "The Final Destination" on sunday, and if you are a fan of the series, you should definitely see this movie. That said, this movie is complete garbage. The trailers and previews kind of gave me the impression that though the series had lost what little credibility it had to begin with, this last one would be the movie that should have been made in the beginning.
That was not the case, this movie is very aware of it's bad name, and does more in the name of humor than it does with its potentially good ideas.
The beginning and end credits recap the deaths of the last 3 movies with 3d xrays of bones breaking and heads being chopped off etc... I didn't see it in 3d though so the scenes where things come at you and stuff were very painful and a couple of people couldn't help but reach their arms out and joke like they could see it coming out of the screen.
The deaths, which are I guess the appeal of the movie, are all terrible from beginning to end. There's the obligatory guy that gets hit by speeding bus, but in addition there's a guy that get's set on fire and dragged down the street tied to a truck, and also a guy gets his guts sucked out of his butthole by a pool drain. Everybody else get's hit by buses and shit and the movie really sucked.
Fuck this movie I want my 9$ back.

Well, it looks like Pipcaptor Hatsuya broke the deal and failed to release any information on NetGame Crisis Saga for the good of Animé. We are therefore forced to REMOVE Animé Mondays and instead enforce a BAN on Animé.

Animé is hereby banned on Gaming World forums, and Tokusatsu is now to be discussed in place of Animé.

They should seriously consider remaking Sailor Moon for the american market.. I love what SM stands for!

By the way, the show I've just posted is from Keitai Sousakan 7 (Cellphone Investigator Seven), a sci-fi tokusatsu that doesn't need much of fighting like their Kamen Rider, Super Sentai and Henshin Hero brothers & sisters. Still, a cool find though!

And a tokusatsu that any Kamen Rider and Super Sentai can't be compared with. It was even the 1st series made for adults and no wonder it's just broadcasted at midnight, and this was made in 2005 though.

Another adult-themed tokusatsu would be Cutie Honey Live, some said it's Garo with more boobs.

I thought Cutie Honey was genuinely good so fuck you. Unless you mean the live action TV series (didn't watch those vids so don't know). In which case yeah it was all tits.

The movie though rocked for real.

edit: just noticed it said CUTIE HONEY THE LIVE so yeah that's the tv show, nm I unfuck you because that really was awful. Now I just give you a fuck you for thinking it was enjoyable to watch, because it really wasn't at all.

It was enjoyable to watch it was hilarious and reveling all at the sametime but I forgot to mention it's only enjoyable for the first min and that's it.

Cutie Honey the anime was ok but I never liked it even tho I watch all the Ep's... sue me I was bored and the video where free to watch on comcast.
