i got another pair of cheap monday's from urban outfitters today and they are 30 x 34 but the waist is definitely like a size 27.  Like I put them on and immediately bought them.  Its honestly like the first pair of pants i've owned in the last 2-3 years where I didn't need to wear a belt fully tightened.  You guys have no idea how liberating that feeling is.
