You people get outraged over the stupidest garbage. Good luck with life, Brent Murray.

Hard to believe that tomorrow I will be 24 years old... But enough about that! I have an announcement I want to give to everyone, and it is up to you if truly believe or not.

I find that every 2-3 years that things have to change in order for myself to survive. Back in 2007, I decided to switch to a more simpler game making design in order to break "The HO curse," and finally finish my first full version game --- I have done that; I wanted to be a more productive member by coming to the forums more often; RMN, GW, RRR...I enjoyed my time there for the last two years, but this year was quite a difficult one; it had a lot of downs rather than ups.

Also my first full-time job, I managed to get it on my own; however, this job is becoming more of a comedy act than a serious job that will get me anywhere, so I have a interview lined up at my brother's job where I'll get half of my school paid for, and a $4 increase --- that is a lot more than Super Binders can give me working at Slaveway.

With the possibility of a new job, my full-game making curse FINALLY broken, two new games on the way in 2010 (and a slight adjustment of my first coming on Jan.2), I now longer need this place anymore; actually, just last night I just finished my ultra-cool devlog where I will be spending my remaining time there.

"S4D you cracker! You'll come back! This is just another excuse to plug that awful, awful, Monopolo game isn't it?" Well, I do have my reasons for finally calling it quits, and unlike the last couple of times where I fibbed and then came back --- that will not be happening anymore.

Look, the bad language, the hate towards my stuff, being benched on all major indie game making sites, the idiocy of some of the people on the forums, I have finally realized that it would be best for me to take my leave; personally, I do not think that we are right for each other, I think, and act, much differently than most of you people here; I watch sports and do not play video-games on a regular basis...you guys do, I realize that.

Do I hate all of you guys for casting meout? No, not anymore. I realize that you are just being yourselves and wanted to have a good time, I understand that. But at the same-time I think some of you need to remember that we are all human beings too, think before you act sometimes, when you are trying to complain about somebody else's work, think about what they had to go through to get to that point before lashing out; I know it is hard, and sometimes we do not think rationally before coming up with the right thing to say, but we need to remember that on the other side of this screen lies somebody else --- just like you.

Like I said before on my previous statements, I will always swing by and check out what you guys are up to, just...not posting anymore. Gaming World was a nice 'Starter' place to visit and work alongside other great developers, but not it is time to sail off... I leave Gaming World in your guys hands!

A couple of questions that you guys have asked me, that I think I should answer before I leave for good! ^^
Q: Do you have aspergers?
A: Lol, no. Most of the time I am just fucking with you! I am a little strange, but I am pretty sane --- I am sure of it!

Q: Are you and Pipcaptor the same person?
A: Although you guys have had your doubts, that is a big time negative. For instance, I am a sports freak that loves hockey, has finished a game (sorry pip!), and is not into Kamen rider at all --- he is the opposite of that; same with PK, we are not the same people at all.

Q: Will you submit anymore games on this site, or any-other for that matter?
A: No, that is it. Even though I am toiling away with Sugar (great puzzle game!) and The Aquatic Adventures Of Scuba Steve (game of the year in my eyes thus far), I will NOT be putting it up on my blogsite or any indie game forum. The finished games will only be aviable to family & friends (for some reason, I do not trust the Internet that much. I mean, you guys have the legal issues, and of course a lot of people who claim stuff to be their own... I mean, what is stopping some random forum member to download Sugar, and claim it as their own?).

Q: Before you leave, what is your favourite RPG Maker game of all-time?
A: Besides my-stuff (Scuba Steve!!!), I would have to say Ara Fell, Romancing Walker, Barkley, Alter A.I.L.A, and The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Remake; there are a couple more, but no where near the amount of wonderful hours I enjoyed playing these five! ^^

Q: Admit it! What is the all-time Indie gaming site you have ever been to?
A: I like RMN the most, but the staff there sometimes just pisses me off… It is a very polished site with a tons of great features, too bad I got off on the wrong foot with those guys.

Q: Do you think Monopolo got mistreated?
A: A little; I mean, it is not the best RPG MAKER game by any-means, but I wish that this game got a few more reviews, a little more fan-art, and a mentioning outside the two main sites I go too. As for being features, heh, if I didn’t delete my content on RMN it would have beaten out Paradise Blue for the mentioning!

Q: What would you rate Monopolo?
A: 8/10. Even with the new changes such as CPU, Star Hotels, and such, I still would only give it a 8/10 (although I have played more than 75 matches --- go me!).

Q: Who are you going to miss the most around GW?
A: Pip, Neok, BIG T, Nessy…and wherever Dogchode is around (I thought of him the other day cause I was watching Barkley on Leno ^^.)

Q: You think you are going to win any Misaos next year?
A: Monopolo should win two for “Techniqual Prowess,” and “Best Multiplayer;” however, the people there are going to be stupid enough in giving it “The Worst Game Of The Year” award, that or nothing (great, I finally finish something and it earns more worser awards then when I did not finish anything…oh well.).

Q: What is next after Scuba & Sugar?
A: Berman, Dale, Soul Ninja…I would like to go back and revisit some of my older games that never did get finished; I would like to switch to RMXP in the next few years, and oh --- I still need to make that Michael Jackson / Farrah Fawcett RPG game entitled “Bonded By A Feather.” Yep, it is going to be a good couple of years!

Q: One more question, who is your money riding on for the best game this year?
A: Exit Fate. Oh, and the Canucks are going to win the cup this year (in other words, realistically, The Blackhawks.).

Good night --- everybody!!! ^^

PS: My spelling and grammar problems continue to plague me; oh well, I never try my hardest when I am on the boards --- lol.

Yes, because we all never watch sports sit in our attics playing final fantasy 22 all day and night. Wake up buddy, we are real people too, and we're tired of you. I hope your birthday sucks. Much love, elkalo.
