Got a ps3 for christmas and I'm stuck on what games to buy. I already picked up Uncharted 2, great flippin game but I'm almost through with it. Any recommendations gw? I'm thinking of Brutal Legend and MGS4 (its only like 20 bucks now shiit). Maybe some good exclusives?

I was actually thinking of picking up FIFA 10 cause of all the good things I've been hearing about it, I haven't played a soccer game since some Mia Hamm (sp) game on the N64. I have LBP but I'm waiting for some friends to play it with I'm not sure it'd be that fun singleplayer, maybe? idk.

I don't have one yet so I can't say what's good. Brutal Legend is not exclusive but I think it's a good choice because I loved Psyconauts. I actually haven't played it yet but I really want to get it soon. Oh and from what I've read Darksiders looks amazing. It's got the puzzles of zelda with the combat of Devil May Cry. It's not exclusive either though. But I guess you could say these are because they are probably not coming to PC. Tim Schafer said they have no plans to bring Brutal Legend to PC. Unfortunate, because I enjoyed Psychonauts on PC and it was the definite version.

Oh and if you like platformers Rachet and Clank got good review scores, and its exclusive

Assuming you don't have a stellar PC, I'm getting Dragon Age, and that's probably the best game you can get for your buck right now, and looks amazing. If not that, there's Oblivion (though this is too GRAND in scope for me), and Fallout 3 (which was pretty awesome, but not AS awesome as everyone makes it to be).

OH MAN, almost forgot, DEMON'S SOULS. THAT's the game you want, it's freakin' amazing in any way you look at it: graphics, challenge, length, atmosphere, gameplay, it's all perfected.

Prototype is better than infamous by far if you are into that parkour genre of games that are ok but getting old at the speed of light.

Also Prototype is almost a direct clone of Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, but with less features.

Well some good games are (they are not all exclusives): MGS4, LBP, GTA4, Valkyria Chronicles (pretty much my favorite PS3 game) and DJ Hero (yes, it's a lot of fun, if you don't mind throwing 100 bucks for a game). I've also heard good things about Assassin Creed 2, FIFA 10, Killzone 2, Bayonetta from top of my head.
