Killzone 2 is actually a shitton of fun offline and online. Though, you're better off gameplay wise (IE it's not just a shooter) with the Uncharted games. Also, Ratchet and Clank are always funtimes... there's three of those on PS3.

Since this is a ps3 topic. Is it worth getting a ps3? This is the situation im in > I have a 360, modded it, got every game imaginable, then got banned off of xbox live! now my live membership's rotting away (well itll be done in april) and frankly i am bored with singleplayer games. I got banned right when codmw2 came out. was able to play for 6 hours straight

. Aside from Uncharted, Resistance and MW2 (free online!), is it really worth it?

OHH sorry. Yeah, that is a problem. Well, wipeout HD is maybe 20$ on PSN and it's amazing, not to mention the new pack of tracks they added, and the fact that you can play your own music on there. Speaking of PSN, Turtles in Time reshelled is a bargain, echochrome is worth a look too.

Killzone 2 is great, has great multiplayer.

Uncharted is a brilliant game, but yes very very short. borrow it from a friend or rent it.

Prince of Persia is not worth buying, but worth playing. see above.

Resistance 2 is pretty good, but I don't think anybody really plays the multiplayer anymore.

if you don't have MGS4, I think that's on sale too at EB Games.

I love Uncharted and recently got it cheap after borrowing it, Haven't touched it much since honestly, but I wanted it in my collection.

I've played Killzone 2 demo and was quite impressed. I never bought it because I've had three FPSs, and this genre should stick to mouse and keyboard.
It also gave me headaches. Online seems very good.

Lair demo was horrible and pointless.

Orange box is great, but should be played on PC. The PS3 version is considered the worst version.

If you can find it cheap, get Folklore, I loved the demo, it's beautiful and has funky designs.

Overall, Uncharted and Killzone are my choices.
