it's not a man, mens hips are more narrow and they have a smaller valgus angle, so it's unlikely that a man could have legs and buttocks with that much fat on them and still have a gap. also the way the fat is distributed is uncommon in men. if it was a scrotum and testicles they are quite small for a grown man, and young boys have disproportionate limbs.

i now say its a combination between this and a spread where most of the pressure is being placed just under the buttocks and the person in question is pulling down and out
