I was just watching Letterman- and Nick Jonas appeared with his new band "Nick Jonas and the Administration." Turns out he can sing a lot more than Disney Twee pop and he actually sounds quite good! *Has new respect for him*

Well, true- but what I really meant was that he can sing serious things and mean it. Some artist are merely showpieces, all face and voice with no heart at all. He means it.

I saw this yesterday morning. He sounds kind of like Michael Jackson. I wouldn't say I have a respect for him though.

It's nice, neat, well-produced pop. But sincere? I think not... Sincere and "real" artists that really sing from the bottom of their hearts are scarce. This is far to tidy to move me.

Edit: But is he a good singer? yes.

don't really think having "suspect" opinions on pop music is any grounds for suicide.

bottom line is lady gaga is genuinely good and terrorantula was probably surprised that jonas had an ounce of talent and was displaying some autonomy as opposed to "hey guys nick jonas's music is genuinely worth listening to."
