oh you silly health insurance companies   they're claiming that the newly signed health care reform bill doesn't
really require them to give coverage to children, at least not until 2014. The bill says pre-existing conditions will not be excluded in the coverage, and in response, they claim they'll just not cover the child
at all if it has e.g. a heart defect or asthma.
