Is there a way I can disable WPC altogether?
Wouldn't that sort of defeat the purpose of having parental controls? (You can't, unless you have an administrative user account.)

I've become really curious as to how old you are. Can't be THAT young, since you've been registered for 5 years already.

you could try running your pc in safe mode and see if that disabes the blocks, just tap f8 when you turn pc on an select "safe mode with networking"

talk to your parents about it. see if they can disable it for you temporarily while you download the file then they can turn it back on. :) you should have a healthy enough relationship with your folks to be able to do that, if you don't then maybe you should go fishing or play catch with your dad for a while instead of computergames.

Maybe the reason that your parents don't trust you is because they don't understand this "games" business.  Perhaps you and your parents could try making a game together.  Call it a sort of "RPG Maker" Family time.
