Know any? Here are some of my favorites:

Bob Dylan, especially midway through his career.
Shelter from the Storm (live)
Isis (live)

Bessie Smith
Nobody Knows You When You're Down And Out

Leadbelly (shouting was his default mode of operation)
Governor Pat Neff (Sweet Mary)

Tom Waits
Fever, Whose Sportscoat is That? (live)

Captain Beefheart
Moonlight on Vermont

It should be noted that there's a difference between shouting and screaming.

ahaha i was just about to post Screamin' Jay Hawkins but alas.......

this Tiny Topsy song sounds like what you're looking for!

and uh Elvis's 68 comeback from what I've seen kind of teeters between slapdash Having Fun With Elvis On Stage singalong and completely wild shouting/power so probably that too! Watch the chorus

also slightly more screamy but still worthwhile

Mateui you just got some major cool points for liking VNV.

Claudio Sanchez shouting "Man your own jackhammer!!!" is my fave. I can't think of anything obscure or pre-1990 to post sorry *takes off tweed jacket*

I really just wanted to eliminate all that boring funk. But there's really a difference between shouting and screaming, I think. Bob Dylan in those two songs is probably my favorite example. He doesn't even really try to do anything too special, he just sings at the top of his lungs and it still sounds good.

Those are all great examples you gave. Tiny Topsy is great. Though watching Elvis at that age just makes me really sad.

It's okay, I'm thankful for what he's given us.  Also he is like definitely my favorite screaming vocalist of all time i think.

I was always amazed by Bear vs Shark's vocalist's capacity to shout unintelligibly and dance epileptically.

keep posting...
