I actually am getting better. Quit drinking, smoking less than I used to, eating meals blah blah blah blah blah.

meh, I kind of need it at the moment, because it calms me down after taking my happy pills and anti-psychotic meds, I tend to smoke more when the dosage goes up (or when I'm on a low), then as I get used to it, I kinda even out. I do plan to quit during the summer though.
I'm mentally ill and such, but I noticed during my stay at the hospital, all the other manics do it, and the doctors kind of allow it, because to be honest, we need the distraction more than most people.

George Galloway is prettymuch the only leftist voice in english politics who hasn't been discredited by doing something terrible (like Ken livingstone cosied up to dictators such as Chavez, Galloway was like taken infront of US congress on accusations of meeting with Sadam, where he shut them all up by his remark about seeing him the same amount of times as donald rumsfeld, but going to ask for peace rather than trying to sell him weapons), though of course... he did kinda ruin his own career by appearing on celebrity big brother and acting as a cat, weaing a unitard (there's a funny story about how the morning after he did this, prettymuch every socialist in the uk were phoning each other up saying like "did you see last night? oh god we're finished!"), oh yeah and that coalition of parties "RESPECT" was a huge shambles as it tried to gather together so many different views into one party that it ended up being made of liberals, socialists and the islamic party for sharia law, and so lost a huge number of supporters due to the islamic view on homosexuality. It collapsed and died without a wimper.
Still though, he's a sound guy.

I'm thinking about Japan but not preying because it will do us nothing. It was a quake that stooped japan.

Well it could of been worse. At least that's is what estimations suggest only 1000 or so dead  not the worst wave or quake (in the terms of death) to hit japan but as far the extant of the damage done was by far the worst.
