this is wonderful
also speaking of cool psx games here is
"Tails Of The Sun", by the same company that made Aquanaut's Holiday. Apparantly the goal is to "build a tower of mammoth tusks that reaches the sun" by collecting stuff in this strange washed-out beta world.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6FXwtqS3WI Super Trolley was apparantly made at the request of some kid for the 80s TV program Jim'll Fix It. The isometric sections from 1:30+ are pretty swell and depict an endless supermarket labyrinth swarming with evil crones. you can find some screenshots here

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8OW6Rq4bPQ a young boy asks "to be a suitcase and go on the luggage conveyer at an airport" and Jim makes this dream come true. really not sure what to make of this)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eW_9lq4TbrM Dave's Dilemmas for the Spectrum. this looks pretty wild!! control an unemployed 16yo punk on the mean streets of thatcherite britain. fetch cigarettes for your granddad, make disparaging remarks about "glue-sniffers", play in an awful garage band. it's all in a kind of comicbook/dollhouse style that i like. it looks like this is an educational morality game thing rather than a sandbx or whatever, since there are right and wrong answers to the decisions you have to face ingame, but it's still kind of interestingly bleak!
