"In a blazing wrong while the fire is blazing" (or something like that)

I was quietly viewing videos from The Escapist when suddenly this quot serendipitously popped up from my mind. I'm certain I know this from somewhere but I can't remember where, who said it, or what type of media it is from.
Googling the quote and possible paraphrases didn't help.

You know that feeling when you can't remember something but you're pretty sure you can and thus irritates you that you can't.

Also,I seem to (might be wrong) remember that the quote is in context of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. But that's all I could remember.
