It stinks of crazy taxi. A mix of that and the haitian car from Vice City. You need to animate some pneumatic suspension for comedy value.

Also if you know how sprites in 3D engines work you could have the car parent to two placed just in front of those bulbs and turn them on and off depending on whether they are obscured by the car or not. I think the sewer demo level has lights on the ceiling that do that in Unity (if I remember right).

Keep posting your stuff cause this is the best thread on SW atm by miles.

i hope some of these models are for TAP, ESPECIALLY the camp flamboyant shopkeeper because out of all the characters you've made i think that one is my favourite. i can imagine his poses and dialogue so clearly

I think our best bet is let catamites make whatever models he wants and we just find some way to use them all.  Heck yea, man these are so good.

Haven't been doing this too much recently but here's a PSX Barkley fanart. the sewer graphics were done using the "snap image" function of wings on some stuff i took from an old rpg maker tileset. Not sure which game they were from originally!

so he's resorted to architecture now...how predictable...the modern gamer yearns for the illusion of open space, but in reality is delighting in the knowledge that it is finite, known, consummate. every architectural polygon can be traced over to the same safe, predictable result...the polygonal cement plasters over every possible crack, peephole, and escape of the game world, confining the gamer like the walls of a computer room...a building...a labyrinth...a maze...a sewer.

how jejune! i should have guessed that the proponents of a nebulous "games freedom" are in fact merely advocating the most facile form of obscuricantism... let us be blunt... is it not the case that the supposedly sensual pleasures of open space & movement are nothing but a thin narcotic veil, merely serving to disguise the despicable mechanics that are nevertheless inexorably present in defining this supposed freedom... not to mention the fundamentally bourgeois idyll of wide, open properties free from peasantry and goblins... it's disgusting... simply put... it's plain to see that the enduring success of the widely imitated Doom franchise (surely the most significant cultural product of the last halfcentury..) is due to its courageous demystification of the everyday world we move through... a closed, slime-covered maze filled with poor lighting and brutality... arbitrary locked doors strictly fragment the existence of living... this is the ultimate symbolic representation of the era... there's just no use arguing, i'll think you a fool...

we are all cyberdemons now...

you can't deny it...
