Just wondering. How long has it been since they made him a president?

whoever in charge doesn't tend to matter. Like over here, we have the tories in power, and all they seem to be doing is carrying on with what new labour did with it's privatisation and ignoring the culture/arts, which inturn they carried on from the previous tory government anyways.
Nothing really gets done because if they do one thing, they piss off half the public, and if they do another they piss off the other half.

He's changed some things but it's arguable if it's for the better or for the worse.  Either way I don't like him lol.

he's changed the population of Afghanistan(lowered it because he is the commander-in-chief of the military that regularly murders innocent people in that country)

The only thing that actually matters is that Ron Pual and McCain aren't president. Honestly Obama is still the best choice we had (as far as people who had any chance of winning)

With all the red-tape and bureaucratic bullshit surrounding politics in America (and indeed, politics in general), was anybody ACTUALLY expecting him to change anything?

I'm sure there's tons he'd like to do. But there is a lot of big money and big influence already there which has a lot to say about it - and they always will.

Yeah I really blame AMERICA more than Obama, we don't really have a population interested in change. Look at how many of us are blaming the tsunami on Pearl Harbor do you really think change is welcome?
