Ok I am a massive shit talker. Seriously. I have to tell people everything, even if I don't know all the facts. I'm a gossip. I normally end up just saying nargle bargle zass because I don't actually know the thing I'm trying to tell them, I just heard it in passing, and then I get annoyed when they hear it elsewhere and it turns out the gaps my mind filled in were wrong and then they hate me.

You have to realize that the best way to talk to people is to mostly just listen. Make it your mission to hear people out the next time you talk to them. People talk in the way that you describe because they're enthusiastic about something and seek acknowledgement from others. The only way you can really change anything about the way you talk is by practicing, because social skills don't develop quickly and they don't transfer over from other areas.

i am kinda the same way except rather than do this i talk at great length about the recent and career highlight bowel movements i've taken

actually this is completely different than what you're talking about here, and i'm deeply disappointed that this topic isn't what i hoped it would be.

I've come to realise everyone has this problem it's not just me... especially with respect to the NUCLEAR CATASTROPHE IN JAPAN. Even the news can't help but try and say more than they know and just end up slurring words and cutting to something more important.
