Well, Chrono Trigger rips are quite rarely used and popular. And so is upskirt stuff (except for some little amount of crybabies who got offended because their moms won't allow them to play the game anyway.)

Look at any anime made in the last 10 or so years.  Girls don't have noses anymore in anime.  Batistaberg's ideal woman is an anime.
