Hello, im trying to find a old tutorial that was on GamingW for Rm2k3.

Does anyone know if the RM Tutorials were archived and if so....where are they?

Unfortunately, I think a lot of this material was lost. At least, I don't know where it is. As far as I know, only the forum was handed over years ago when the site went bust. Bart might still have a backup, but I think it's not in our possession at this time. A lot of these tutorials were copied around on other sites though, so you might find it if you google for the username of the person who wrote it.

Thanks for all the help! Thats amazing!

But sadly...I cant find it....that info is too old. :( They had a subform under "Engines and Toolkits" thread that was dedicated to RM2k/3 tutorials.

I was skimming though there one day and saw a guide on how to balence your battles/stats properly, i remember the first part was making your ATK and DEF the same value....but thats all i remember.

Im getting ready to program my stats and was hopeing to find it.

I tried to vote on the poll from the link and It took me to a page with this message.

'Gaming World will be returning shortly with an all new design, new staff, and of course new updates! Several people are working hard right now behind the scenes to make sure Gaming World returns and can once again become your primary one-stop resource for amateur game making!'

Why dont we do random polls anymore? or anything..

I think at one point GW had a grew colour scheme in about 2003 before it switched to that blue one, just before I joined the site.... wow... 8 years.... thats kinda sad in a way...but in another i really don't care.

eDIT: OMG i can still access the forums, now that brings back memories.

IDK, I'm starting to see more posters than usual lately (though maybe its just a random resurgence that'll die off). Maybe a new era of Salt/something else may bring it back.

Also, I saw some of the titles of some of the missing topics from 2006 and other missing years/months of mine and felt slightly happy no one could read them. but at the same time, wanting to read them myself. Insight into your own past mind like that can be invaluable.
