H0w d0 y0u change the "Contents" in a table of contents to a different word in latex? Also the chapter/section words, how do you change them?

\usepackage[spanish]{babel} puts it in your language

It automatically changes the title when you do \section{name of section}, i don't understand why you would want to have a different title in the table of contents and the body
